L'Angelo Barbaresco DOCG

L'Angelo

This wine stems from the desire to offer the best Barbaresco our company vineyards can produce. It is obtained from just the best grapes of the best of our vineyards, the so-called "Angelo". Furthermore, it is produced exclusively during the best vintages, those allowing for the utmost expression of this cultivar’s varietal characters.
As far as winemaking is concerned, the classic vinification process followed by fining in big wooden barrels is completed by a brief period of ageing in barrique in order to further enhance the gustatory complexity of this wine.
Ageing in bottle, if correctly conducted, enables continual improvement of this wine’s characters over time and indeterminate longevity.
