Oro Principe

the grapes of our hill with its intense characteristic aromas renders it possible to obtain this magnificent sweet wine, rich in natural bubbles.
Its pronounced aromatic character derives from the grapes sugars. For this reason, the fermentation process is interrupted halfway.
Bottling through sterile filtration immediately follows. Such procedure allows the wine to maintain all of its aromas, so that it feels just like tasting a bunch of grapes. An aromatic wine, sweet and sparkling, is thus obtained.
At the table it succeeds in satisfying everybody’s taste thanks to its low alcoholic content, which renders it pleasant even to the most delicate palates.

Vinification
Dynamic clarification with nitrogen, temperature kept at 0°C until the fermentation process of the other wines is over. Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature begins in November and is stopped by the cold when the alcoholic content reaches 5% and almost half of the sugars have been consumed. It is rapidly bottled after sterile filtration.
Organoleptic Profile
Dim straw-yellow in colour. It reveals a fruity and floral bouquet. It is extremely sweet in taste, naturally sparkling. Ideal as a dessert wine.
