Grignolino Piemonte DOC
A newly-acquired company vineyard has rendered it possible to produce this wine, typical of the Montferrat area, with excellent results.
Grignolino is named after its pips (‘grignole’ in the local dialect). These play a major role in determining its taste, endowing it with intense hazelnut and almond aromas and, most importantly, with a significant amount of tannins.
Grignolino is very pale in colour, which distinguishes it from the other red wines.
